There are many meditation and prayer methods that people practice. Some choose silent meditations, some choose to chant or listen to guided meditations, and others choose to walk on a labyrinth. Some organizations such as A Network for Grateful Living and online community called "ReJesus" provide us with virtual spirituality practices.
